The aids epidemic continues. Yesterday, I spent time with a friend that has AIDS. It's hard to admit but I hesitated before giving him a hug. I know it's irrational and I know that AIDS can't be transferred so easily, but it's scary that 33 million people have AIDS and perhaps, that people like me might be afraid to give them a hug.
